You will work collaboratively with members of their Legal Office and business teams to assist with consumer complaints and litigation, conduct legal research, provide support to the Company Secretary and deliver other key support for the Legal team. Responsibilities: Support customer complaints, litigation and regulatory projects as required. Support monitoring for compliance with laws, regulations, guidance issued by relevant regulatory bodies, and Company policy. Assist the Legal team with and perform legal research and analysis. Assist with onboarding and processing invoices from external counsel and litigation reporting. Support the Company Secretary with Board packs, meeting minutes and other tasks as required. Coordinate Board, Committee and senior governance meetings, including logistics, scheduling and document management. Prepare, compile, proofread and distribute Board and Committee packs within agreed deadlines. Assist with the preparation, review and maintenance of Board and Committee minutes and records.
