The Role Supporting the Residential Property team, you''ll play an important role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion whilst delivering an exceptional level of client service. Responsibilities Supporting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload. Preparing legal documents and correspondence. Opening and managing client files. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties. Conducting Land Registry and property searches. Assisting with exchange and completion. Managing post-completion matters.
