JOB TITLE: PARALEGAL - (CRIMINAL OR REGULATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE) HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday BENEFITS: Excellent additional bens Main Purpose of the role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm and join its Criminal or Regulatory Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build theirlegal career within a specialist practice, working on a varied range of matters for both private individuals and business clients. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in Criminal Law, Regulatory Law or Dispute Resolution, together with strong research, drafting and organisational skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Paralegal role: Providing Paralegal support to the team. Dealing with Wills, general legal correspondence and assisting with the administration of Estates Proofread all documentation and make any amendments before being handed to the Solicitor Extensive client liaison - dealing with general queries via the telephone on behalf of the Solicitors, taking accurate telephone messages and, where possible, acting thereon Diary Management Ensure all information on the database is completed and accurate Preparation of documents, including Court Bundles for Solicitors and Counsel Diary management - ensure all appointments are diarised, and the Partner does not miss any dates, deadlines or tasks Responsible for closing, archiving and ..... full job details .....
