This role is ideal for a criminal law professional who is either already Police Station Accredited, actively working towards accreditation, or has commenced the Police Station Accreditation Scheme. The successful candidate will be experienced in attending police stations, managing their own caseload, and supporting clients through all stages of criminal proceedings. Day-to-day of the role:  Attend police stations to represent and assist clients under legal aid. Manage your own caseload of criminal matters from inception to conclusion. Prepare case files, draft legal documents, and liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and external agencies.
