This is a demanding and fast-paced role, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The successful candidate will gain exposure to both commercial and residential property matters, supporting fee earners on transactions from instruction through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting solicitors on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and leases Opening, maintaining, and organising files in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties, ensuring clear and timely communication Drafting legal documentation including leases, licences, deeds, transfers, SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications, and reports Conducting legal research and presenting findings clearly and accurately Supporting client reporting processes and key client accounts Assisting with AML checks and client due diligence procedures Preparing client engagement documentation, fee estimates, and scopes of work RequirementsPrevious ..... full job details .....
