This includes acting for major lenders, banks, and borrowers on property-backed finance arrangements. With the right experience, you will be trusted to take responsibility for elements of transactions, liaise directly with clients, and manage your own workload under supervision. For ambitious candidates, there is scope for future training contract opportunities, though the firm equally values those who wish to build a long-term paralegal career.Responsibilities
Assisting solicitors with real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, and development financeDrafting and reviewing finance and security documentationConducting property due diligence, including title reviews and searchesManaging conditions precedent checklists and completion processesLiaising with lenders, borrowers, and other professional advisersLegal research and administrative supportContributing to team initiatives and business development activities where appropriateCandidate requirements
