Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join their busy team in Southam.Hours of work Monday to Friday - 9-5 one hour lunchThe RoleYou''ll support the Property Department with a full range of administrative and legal tasks, ensuring smooth progression of conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion. Prepare and manage files through completion and archiving. Carry out AML checks and submit Land Registry applications. Update LMS and Lender Exchange systems. Support fee earners with general paralegal and administrative work.About You Minimum 1 year''s experience in Residential Conveyancing. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process. Confident using LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems. Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
