This role offers exposure to high-quality transactional and advisory work, with increasing autonomy to manage your own caseload while supporting senior fee earners.You will play a key role in delivering corporate governance and company law services to a diverse client base, including corporate entities, partnerships, and private clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload under supervision, with growing responsibility for independent legal workDraft, review, and amend a wide range of corporate and governance documentationAdvise and support on matters including Family Investment Companies, Property management companies and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreementsConduct legal research and provide clear, accurate analysis to supervising solicitorsLiaise with clients and third parties, responding to queries and taking instructions where appropriateMaintain accurate matter updates in line with client expectationsSupport fee earners in meeting billing and chargeable hour targetsEnsure all documentation is accurate, professionally presented, and appropriately ..... full job details .....
