Working within the Procurement and Supplier Management team, you will play a key role in reviewing and amending existing supplier and commercial contracts to ensure compliance with upcoming regulatory requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded paralegals who are comfortable managing contract reviews at pace and can work independently while collaborating closely with legal, procurement and supplier management stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse existing commercial and supplier contracts against new regulatory requirements.Identify contractual provisions requiring amendment and support the drafting of contract updates.Work closely with the central contracts team to ensure timely remediation of impacted agreements.Support procurement and supplier management stakeholders throughout the contract review process.Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, amendments and project progress.Escalate legal and commercial risks appropriately where identified.Contribute to a fast-paced regulatory ..... full job details .....
