Paralegal - Litigation

Our client, a very reputable firm are looking to appoint a Litigation Paralegal for their growing business based in Chester. You will gain exposure to high quality litigation and dispute resolution work, supporting fee earners across a range of complex and engaging matters.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: A minimum of 12 months experience in Dispute ResolutionExperience and Knowledge of LitigationExperience working as a Paralegal within the legal sectorKnowledge of MS Office and Internal SystemsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detail Within this position, you ll also be: Supporting fee earners with supervised fee earning tasksPreparing court documents and bundlesHandling of new client enquiriesAttending meetings, mediations and court hearings to take detailed notes and upload these to internal systemActing as a point of contact in absence of fee earners, managing calls and escalating any urgent mattersProviding routine client updates and drafting follow up correspondenceSending standard and non standard letters, managing enclosures and ensuring all outgoing correspondence meets standards Salary and Working HoursSalary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experienceWorking Hours are Monday Friday, 9am 5pm with 1 hours lunchTalk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles ..... full job details .....
