This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and is eager to develop their career within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct support to fee earners to enhance operational efficiency.Prepare correspondence and legal documents, including transcribing digital dictation.Manage filing systems and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.Assist with client communication, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.Handle registration and post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry forms.Attend to clients and agents, updating them on progress and managing inquiries.Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative efficiency in the department.
