This is a high-impact hybrid role providing top-tier legal and operational support across the entire organisation, working with the Legal Counsel to deliver essential oversight. What you'll be doing: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including property management agreements, NDAs, and supplier contracts. Preparing first-draft advice notes and issuing summaries for Counsel review. Managing pre-litigation processes and assisting with claims, disputes, and court proceedings. Coordinating workflows with internal stakeholders, managing the Legal Inbox, and ensuring all deadlines are meticulously diarised.
