We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join our Recoveries Team in Scotland either Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a Paralegal you will deal independently (under supervision) with a case load of fixed fee, pre-litigated and litigated delegated authority ("DA") claims. To ensure that clients are confident that their claims and potential legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner, and to ensure the efficient operation of the team. You will assist qualified staff and other Litigation Executive/Claims Handlers as and when required to manage and progress litigated debt recovery cases within the Scottish jurisdiction.
