Paralegal - Hedge Fund

Operating across multiple asset classes and markets, the business is built on a strong culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.This is an exciting role for a paralegal who has post-qualification experience in financial services and is looking to take on an exciting role in supporting the legal function. This is a hands on role with opportunities to expand into broader legal operations and contract management responsibilities.Your new role Managing document execution workflows and maintaining clear, reliable records.Maintaining and improving core legal systems, inbox management, trackers and document repositories.Overseeing the legal invoicing process and maintaining visibility of departmental spend.Supporting process improvement initiatives, automation projects and the development of standardised legal playbooks.Assisting with the use of legal AI tools to streamline processes such as NDA generation and document negotiation.Taking ownership of the NDA process end-to-end, including reviewing third party templates and coordinating execution.Supporting a range of legal matters, including DSARs, entity setup processes and commercial contract reviews.
