Our client is a special situations and distressed credit fund with 10bn aum. They are looking to hire a Paralegal to join their growing Legal and Compliance team.

The right person will have strong academics and will have opportunity to get involved in all areas of corporate, company secretary, commercial contracts, NDAs and KYC work.
