GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award-winning residential property Legal Firm, located in Gloucester. We are currently supporting their recruitment for an experienced Paralegal to join their team on a full time, permanent contract who will be tasked with handling a variety of sale and purchase transactions, working with wider team of experts.This position is working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm and you will receive a highly competitive salary, upwards of £26,000 based on experience, plus the opportunity for hybrid working following the completion of probation.We are looking for the successful candidate to show some experience of working within a law firm environment with prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.An immediate start can be available for the right candidate.Paralegal main duties:Handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervisionUpdating clients and introducers on the progress of mattersRaising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses, and providing detailed reports to clients as well as dealing with pre-exchange and completion issues.You will have knowledge of the sales, purchase and re-mortgage process and be comfortable running a mixed caseload of files with appropriate supervision.Paralegal required skills and experience:Have experience of working within a law firm environment with prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.Have previous experience of working within a ..... full job details .....
