OverviewA leading global asset manager is seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal team in London. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of fund-related legal and regulatory matters across UCITS and alternative fund structures.

You will work as part of a collaborative Legal team, supporting product and distribution goals for the firm’s fund ranges.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinating regulatory filings and document preparation

Managing country registrations and maintaining relevant databases

Overseeing and liaising with third-party service providers

Producing and reviewing key investor documents and offering materials

Assisting with account documentation and commercial contracts

Supporting the wider Legal, Product, and Operations teams on day-to-day matters

Maintaining operating procedures and managing legal files

The role requires:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Paralegal

Experience within asset management or the financial services practice of a law firm

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Experience with country registrations for UCITS and/or alternative funds (desirable)

Familiarity with UCITS and AIF structures and regulatory requirements (desirable)

Knowledge of fund operations and distribution (desirable)
