Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, this is a post-completion focused position, with the successful candidate spending a significant proportion of their time dealing with post-completion matters and ensuring transactions are brought to a successful conclusion following completion. Duties include: Managing post-completion work, ensuring matters are progressed accurately and within required timescales. Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms and dealing with related post-completion requirements. Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and registrations, including monitoring applications through to completion.
