Ideally you Will have worked as an Employment Law Paralegal previously or have gained some Employment/commercial/Corporate law experience. You will work on contentious and non-contentious matters, undertake drafting (contracts, handbooks, witness statements, settlement agreements), as well as providing ad-hoc HR and employment law support to clients .
