DWF''s Insurance team in Scotland is looking to recruit experienced Paralegal''s to work in our award-winning insurance team.The successful applicants will act for household name insurers and provide high quality advice on defending a wide range of pre-litigation personal injury claims.The role can be based from either of our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload for insurers pre-litigated and litigated claims, from inception to resolution. Duties will include conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses. A key part of the role will also involve conducting research to support legal strategies and case development.What will help you succeed in this role?

for this role.Experience in the following areas will be considered - fraud, motor, road traffic accidents (RTA), personal injury, serious, injury, large loss, complex loss, catastrophic loss, EL/PL, credit fraud, recoveries, etc.Experience in litigation would be an advantage.Strong communication skills.High attention to detail.Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a volume of claims.What we offer
