Overview:

Faith is recruiting for an established legal practice who are seeking a Paralegal . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and working closely with experienced legal professionals.

The position would suit a candidate with existing paralegal experience in Private Client work, or someone in a similar role looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client matters
• Assisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clients
• Liaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue & Customs
• Preparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and bills
• Maintaining accurate records, case files and diaries
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes

Experience Required for This Role:

• Previous experience within Private Client work
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary
• Ability to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentation
• Experience using a case management system is desirable but not essential
• Strong self-management and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident team player with a proactive approach
• IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation/audio software
