This role involves providing a comprehensive conveyancing service with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the entire conveyancing process, including post-completion work, and familiarity with support roles such as New Business and Accounts. Day-to-day of the role: Competently handle all key functions within a conveyancing sale transaction with minimal supervision. Progress the administration of purchase transactions proactively with all key stakeholders. Maintain daily updates on task reports and ensure the case management system is orderly and up-to-date. Address client queries effectively and maintain professional relationships with all work providers, keeping clients, estate agents, and other providers informed as appropriate. Manage office administration tasks such as dealing with post, filing, and file closures. Draft non-standard non-technical correspondence competently.
