Paralegal - Commercial Property

Our client is looking for a Paralegal with 1 to 2 years Commercial Property experience either from in house or private practice, to join a growing in house legal team within the energy and natural resources industry.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established organisation within the energy and natural resources sector. They are a growing legal team and focus on delivering high-quality services and fostering a professional environment.Description1- 2 years Solid experience as a Paralegal in Commercial PropertyA good understanding of the conveyancing process in England and Wales.Solid practical experience in using the Land Registry Portal including searching for titles, downloading documents, checking priority lists, carrying out Land Registry based searches.An understanding of the different types of land rights available including freehold land, leases, easements and wayleaves.A strong ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and updatesDealing with client enquiries and updates, including attending client project calls.Preparing and sending updates to clients from different sources.Downloading information from the Land Registry and carrying out document checks.Preparing Legal Instruction Pack and issuing the instructions to our external solicitors.ProfileA successful Paralegal - Commercial Property should have:UK Law degree - minimum 2:1Solid 1/2 years experience within commercial ..... full job details .....
