The firm offers excellent training, genuine career progression and exposure to high-quality clients.The Commercial Property Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Commercial Property Paralegal will support fee earners across a varied commercial property caseload, gaining hands-on experience throughout the transaction lifecycle.Responsibilities will include:Assisting with commercial property sales, purchases, leasing and asset management mattersPreparing contract packs and obtaining Land Registry documentsAssisting with due diligence and title investigationsDrafting legal documents, correspondence and reportsCarrying out property searches and legal researchAssisting with SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsSupporting post-exchange and post-completion mattersLiaising with clients, lenders and third partiesPreparing title reports, statutory declarations and noticesManaging electronic files and monitoring key deadlinesThe Commercial Property Paralegal1-2 years'' commercial property paralegal experienceLaw degree, GDL or equivalent qualificationExperience supporting commercial property ..... full job details .....
