Paralegal Clams Handler Our client is an established international insurance company. They are looking for a paralegal claims handler to join their in-house team team handling a wide variety of civil litigation claims.Role Overview You will join an existing team which focusses on civil litigation claims. This includes property disputes, contract disputes, nuisance, construction and landlord/tenant claims. You will deal with the claim from inception to finish with a focus on assessing coverage, prospects of success and proportional cost handling of the claim. The role will require someone with a solid background in civil litigation and legal experience/training.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have some prior experience working in a legal claims setting with a knowledge of civil litigation (non-injury related). As a guide you will have 12 months experience working on civil litigation claims.Further training on policy coverage and interpretation will be given.
