A leading specialist law firm with an international client base across the life sciences and technology sectors is seeking talented Paralegals to join its growing team.The firm offers opportunities across Patent Litigation, Competition and Technology, Construction and Disputes, providing excellent exposure to sophisticated legal work and the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in a demanding paralegal environment.The RoleSupporting legal teams with the coordination and progression of matters.Assisting with pre-hearing preparation, including cross-referencing documents and preparing bundles.Preparing, organising and maintaining case files.Reviewing and analysing key documents for relevance and legal privilege.Proofreading legal documentation.Conducting document review and assisting with disclosure-related work.Liaising with clients, overseas law firms and other representatives.Coordinating and participating in international conference calls.Taking and drafting meeting minutes.Maintaining databases containing privilege information and legal advice.Conducting legal research and monitoring external legal databases.Providing general support to fee earners and assisting with ad hoc matters as required.About YouStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organisation and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.Comfortable ..... full job details .....
