You will gain valuable hands-on experience, working alongside experienced solicitors and supporting a varied caseload across family law matters. As a Paralegal within our Family Law team, you will provide vital support to our solicitors while developing your legal knowledge and practical skills. You will be involved in a broad range of activities, from legal research and preparing documentation to assisting with client communication and case management. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to solicitors within the Family Law team Assist with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and court paperwork Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries Support with the organisation and management of client files Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and third parties Attend to administrative tasks to support the smooth running of matters Assist with preparing bundles and case documentation Maintain accurate records and update case management systems Help with the progression of family law cases from initial enquiry through to resolution Carry out ..... full job details .....
