PA / Office Manager
Location: Hybrid - Central London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary (initial 3 months, potential to extend)
Rate: £20-£25 per hour (depending on experience)

My client, a fast-growing Software company based in Central London, is looking for an experienced PA / Office Manager to join their team immediately in a hybrid capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact, fast-paced environment, supporting the CEO and executive team while ensuring the smooth operation of the London HQ.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident working across a range of office management, executive support, and team operations responsibilities. The role is temporary to start (3 months), with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the London office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors
  • Manage logistics: meeting room coordination, office supplies, deliveries, and Handamp;S compliance
  • Support onboarding of new hires alongside the People team
  • Provide light-touch operational support to the New York office

Executive Support

  • Provide proactive support to the CEO and wider executive team
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Arrange travel (domestic and international), accommodation, and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and manage follow-up actions
  • Maintain discretion while handling confidential information

Team Ops andamp; Culture

  • Plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and socials with People and Marketing teams
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and communications
  • Help drive internal comms and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Support ad-hoc internal projects and operational tasks

About You

  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Calm under pressure and confident taking initiative
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, etc.
  • Prior experience in a PA/office manager role within a startup or tech environment is strongly preferred
