This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced electrician, panel wirer, electrical fitter or electrical assembler who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workload of the electrical department while continuing to work hands-on alongside the team. The role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, has strong electrical knowledge, and is confident taking ownership of workloads, priorities and production issues. The Role As an Electrical Team Leader, you will lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electrical department, currently consisting of panel wirers/builders and electrical fitters.
