In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with our engineers from the initial layout stages, adapting to evolving designs to ensure optimal system integration.

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating the following, specific to individual job requirements:
- Accurately wire backplates and door control cables, adhering strictly to supplied wiring schematics and data sheets.
- Ensure precise fitting of cable crimps/ferrules and clear application of cable identification markers on all wires.
- Install mains power cables, verifying correct cable and lug sizing and type are used.
- Securely install power cables to components, ensuring all connections are tightened to the specified torque setting.
- Implement proper earthing within enclosures, connecting all earth cables to the earth bar.
- Operate dedicated printing machinery to produce precise wire markers and component labels.
- Assemble and modify steel enclosures, including precise cutting as per engineering drawings.
- Perform intricate electrical wiring of components according to detailed specifications.
- Proven experience in electrical wiring and control panel assembly.
- Demonstrated ability to construct and modify metal enclosures.
- A strong background in Electrical Engineering.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
- A genuine pride in delivering excellent results within an engineering setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
- FLT/Counterbalance Truck Licence (Desirable)
