Panel Wirer

Futures are recruiting for an experienced Panel Wirer on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client of ours. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that designs and builds high-quality electrical control systems for a range of industrial applications.

My client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and has previous experience wiring control panels to a high standard.

The Role

• Wiring electrical control panels from schematic drawings
• Installing components such as relays, contactors, PLCs, and terminal blocks
• Point-to-point wiring and cable management
• Testing and fault-finding panels prior to dispatch
• Working closely with the design and production teams
• Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards
• Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or Electrical Fitter
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of control panel layout and wiring practices
• Experience with PLC wiring (desirable but not essential)
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Relevant electrical qualifications (advantageous)
