Panel Wireman

We''re recruiting an experienced Panel Wireman for a well-established manufacturing company with a strong heritage in industrial engineering and technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing systems across diverse sectors including automotive, aerospace, and process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wire and assemble electrical control panels for industrial processing equipment
• Interpret electrical drawings for manufacturing systems and integrated solutions
• Install and connect control components including PLCs, industrial sensors, and automation systems
• Undertake testing and fault-finding on electrical panels for high-performance industrial applications
• Ensure all electrical work meets rigorous quality standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions and system integration projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records to international manufacturing standards

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Wireman within industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong ability to read complex electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with industrial control systems, automation components, and process equipment
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and manufacturing regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding technical environment
• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
