As a Panel Builder:You will work on new and refurbished resistance welding machines that are supplied to a wide range of clients from within the automotive industry. Receive and strip down of used welding machines in readiness for dispatch to the sand blastersReceive back the freshly powder coated outer case to begin the process of re-buildingBuild the required welding machine to the companies, or client''s specificationThis will include mechanical / electrical wiring workAll jigs, fixtures and drawings are suppliedAll parts are produced / machined in-houseQualifications / Key Skills: Apprenticeship in associated field or adequate experienceWorking knowledge of various types of welding machines an advantageAbility to work under instruction and on own initiativeElectrical experience or qualifications preferred; mechanical knowledge requiredAbility to read technical drawings and schematics accuratelyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work safely and adhering to health and safety protocols Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team or independentlyRelevant certifications or qualifications in construction, electrical, or mechanical trades are ..... full job details .....
