You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications in a state-of-the-art bodyshop, using modern tools and equipment.Responsibilities for Panel Beater / Panel Technician: Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centreFollow correct repair techniques and meet factory specifications and customer expectationsRemove damaged panels and parts, repairing or replacing as neededUse welding equipment, hand tools and power tools to reshape and refit panelsSmooth out dents and small imperfections using fillers and sandersAlign body parts accurately and ensure proper fitCollaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and on scheduleMaintain a clean and safe working environmentStay up to date with the latest industry repair techniques Skills and Qualifications for Panel Beater / Panel Technician: You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ or ATAYou must have previous experience in a busy bodyshop and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a teamYou will have a strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques for ..... full job details .....
