Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £21 per hour (£55,000+ OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a similar bodyshop or accident repair background who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Working with the latest tools and repair techniques, you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while contributing to a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing as the Panel Beater:

• Carrying out high-quality accident repairs in line with manufacturer and customer standards
• Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged panels
• Using welding equipment, dent pulling tools, and filler techniques
• Aligning panels and components to ensure a precise fit
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Keeping up to date with modern repair methods and industry standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar Panel Beater / Panel Technician role within a busy bodyshop
• Recognised apprenticeship in Panel Beating or Vehicle Body Repair
• NVQ Level 3 / ATA accreditation (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques for crash damage
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• A motivated team player with a focus on quality and achieving bonus targets
