The company is recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time basis, repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standard. Responsibilities: Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels to original condition, in line with manufacturer and BS 10125 repair standards Remove dents, scratches and other imperfections from vehicle panels Use hand and power tools to shape, smooth and finish repaired panels Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and trim as needed for panel repair Weld, braze and bond metal and mixed-material (steel/aluminium) components to repair or replace damaged sections Work with structural adhesives and modern jointing techniques used on late-model vehicles Use jig and measuring systems to restore vehicle geometry to manufacturer specification Identify and flag ADAS sensor locations and calibration requirements ahead of paint and reassembly ..... full job details .....
