As a valued Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to the highest standards, sharing your expertise across the site, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Your craftsmanship will be essential in setting new benchmarks within vehicle repair.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong understanding of vehicle bodywork and repair techniques
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- ATA accreditation (desirable)
- Additional qualifications such as MET or Auto Electrician experience
- Knowledge of current industry tools and technologies

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience with advanced vehicle repair technologies
- Proven track record of high-quality repairs
- Additional industry-related certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Relevant automotive repair qualifications or apprenticeships
- Demonstrable industry experience in vehicle collision repair
- Industry-recognised certifications are desirable

Other Requirements:

- Based in or willing to commute to Guildford
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Valid right to work in the UK

This Panel Beater role offers a competitive basic salary range depending on experience, up to £62,000 on a 40-hour contract.
