We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established accident repair group with centres across Berkshire, for a skilled Panel Beater to join their busy bodyshop in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or experienced Panel Beater seeking a stable and rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate between -16.50 - -23, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Working hours Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with no weekends
Flexible payment options: flat salary or basic plus bonus scheme
20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:

Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to a high standard-
Planning workload effectively and ordering parts to ensure timely completion
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and techniques
Ensuring a clean and organised work environment
Adhering to quality standards throughout repair processes

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential
Time-served Panel Beaters-will also be considered
