The Role
As a Panel Beater, you''ll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repair damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
·Remove and replace damaged body panels where necessary.
·Carry out panel alignment, welding, and metal finishing work.
·Restore vehicles to manufacturer and industry quality standards.
·Work closely with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians to ensure an efficient repair process.
·Complete repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
·Ensure all work complies with health and safety and manufacturer guidelines.
·Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop environment.

About You
This role would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and equipment.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
·Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
·A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
·A full UK driving licence.
