The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you''ll be responsible for restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards while maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair techniques.
·Removing and refitting body panels and associated components.
·Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to manufacturer specifications.
·Using specialist repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.
·Working closely with colleagues to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
·Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
·Following all health and safety procedures and workshop processes.
·Ensuring every completed repair meets quality control standards before handover.

About You
We''re looking for an experienced and motivated Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern accident repair methods and body repair techniques.
·The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing first-class repairs.
·A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a busy workshop team.
·A full UK driving licence.
