Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer ( Multi Skilled )

Kolt Recruitment are looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Technician to join a  busy Accident Repair Centre in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop professional who can carry out a wide range of repair work to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be confident in a variety of disciplines, including panel, paint, and MET (mechanical, electrical & trim), with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
 

Responsibilities

• Undertake high-quality vehicle repairs across multiple areas (panel, paint, and MET).
• Strip, repair, and refit vehicles following manufacturer and insurance standards.
• Carry out repairs efficiently to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Use modern repair equipment and techniques to achieve the best results.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Experience 

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in an accident repair/bodyshop environment.
• ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair (desirable but not essential).
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent repair standards.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across multiple skill areas.
• Full UK driving licence.
