Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Hoddesdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to become part of a highly reputable bodyshop, working with the latest equipment in a modern environment. Role and Responsibilities: Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer and insurance standards Repairing accident-damaged vehicles using modern repair techniques Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers, and Workshop Controllers to ensure efficient workflow Ensuring all repairs are completed accurately, on time, and in line with Health and Safety requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an Accident Repair Centre ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable (but not essential) Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work Full UK Driving Licence Benefits: Competitive basic salary with bonus opportunities Excellent overtime rates Ongoing training and career development This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Panel Beater to secure a stable, long-term role with one of the leading repair centres in the area.
