      <description>Location: Southend-on-Sea | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Panel Beater   to join a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of  -45,000 - -55,000.  Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 &amp; every other Saturday 7am - 12pm.       Duties:     Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage and formulate a repair plan  Repairing dents, scratches, and damage to bodywork, or replacing panels that cannot be repaired  Using jig and alignment tools to straighten chassis and frames.  Performing MIG welding, spot welding, and brazing on structural and cosmetic parts  Removing and replacing damaged panels, trim, and interior parts  Create a trust-based relationship between customer and company        Benefits:       -45,000 - -55,000   per annum DOE    28 days holiday inc BH   (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)  Bonus scheme  Pension          Experience required:     You must have previous experience working as a Paint Tech within a busy body shop  You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle paint/ repair techniques  Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks      Please be...</description>
