This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team offering competitive pay, benefits, and long-term career progression.What''s on Offer: 38,000 per annum basic salary.Team performance bonus scheme.Monday to Friday hours: 8am - 5pm (No weekends!).30 days holiday including public holidays.Health Cash Plan - claim back medical costs.High street and retail discounts through rewards platform.Long service awards and loyalty holidays.Pension contributions."Recommend a Friend" bonus incentive.A supportive working environment with ongoing training.Role Summary:You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality body repairs on damaged vehicles, working with a range of materials and using specialist tools and equipment to return vehicles to pre-accident condition.Key Responsibilities:Dismantle and repair vehicles in line with job cards and manufacturer guidelines.Replace damaged panels and undertake chassis and framework repairs where necessary.Operate welding, jigs, and other bodyshop tools safely and to specification.Maintain accurate records of work and communicate effectively with the wider workshop team.Follow all company health and safety procedures and housekeeping standards.Attend training as required to stay up to date with modern repair ..... full job details .....
