Job description: Role Title: Domain Consultant Required Core Skills: Nice to have skills: Minimum years of experience: 10 years + in Pandamp;C Insurance About the Role We are seeking a Specialty Insurance Domain Expert at the Consultant level with strong expertise across specialty lines such as Cyber, Marine, Energy, Professional Liability, and Excess andamp; Surplus (Eandamp;S). The candidate will support underwriting, distribution, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Specialty Insurance Domain: - Analyze underwriting processes across specialty insurance lines - Support submission-to-bind life cycle and policy life cycle activities - Understand Broker and MGU distribution channels Business Analysis: - Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements - Develop BRDs, use cases, and process flows - Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements Process Optimization: - Identify process improvement opportunities - Support digital underwriting and automation initiatives Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as liaison between business and IT teams - Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions Testing andamp; Implementation: - Support UAT and validate outputs - Assist in deployment and post-go-live activities Required Qualifications: - Bachelor''s with 5+ years or Master''s with 3+ years - 5-8+ years in ..... full job details .....
