We’re looking for a P&C administrator (12-14 months fixed term contract). Based at our Capenhurst site you’ll actively contribute towards the provision of effective and professional HR support to employees in a timely and consistent manner, covering the full generalist HR remit. This includes a provision of administration activity but will also include providing specialist advice to Managers and Employees and supporting the P&C Advisors with specific advisory tasks. Implement or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee record-keeping. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
