PAM Support Engineer

Overview We are looking for a PAM Support Engineer to support and maintain Privileged Access Management solutions within a secure enterprise environment. This role will focus on the administration, support, and continuous improvement of PAM tooling, with a particular emphasis on BeyondTrust platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for BeyondTrust PAM and Privileged Remote Access (PRA) solutions Manage vendor account onboarding and offboarding within BeyondTrust PRA Administer and maintain jump Servers, including agent deployment and configuration Manage and support local account provisioning and access controls on target systems Support the core BeyondTrust PAM platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related incidents, access issues, and system errors Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to enforce privileged access policies Ensure proper auditing, logging, and compliance of privileged account activities Assist with system upgrades, patching, and ongoing platform improvements Required Skills andamp; Experience Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM and PRA solutions Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices Experience managing vendor access and secure remote access solutions Knowledge of jump Servers, endpoint agents, and account management Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills Experience working in a support-focused, operational ..... full job details .....
