Palliative Helpline Lead Location: North West LondonHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: Permanent An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to lead an innovative 24-hour specialist palliative care service. We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate and experienced Palliative Helpline Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for a new specialist palliative and end-of-life care service supporting patients and families across six boroughs of North West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinical leader to shape and develop a new service, working at the heart of an integrated care environment alongside paramedics, NHS 111 clinicians, Frailty Consultants and wider multidisciplinary teams. The service will provide responsive specialist palliative-care support to patients and families 24 hours a day, with the post holder potentially required to participate in shift patterns, including night shifts, as the service develops. The Role As Palliative Helpline Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Pall24 team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred specialist palliative and end-of-life care.
