This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person centred care to individuals with life limiting illness, supporting them and their families with dignity, comfort and respect.- Agency bookings. You will: Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support to patients- Assist with daily living acitivities including washing, dressing, and mobility- Monitor and report changes in patients physical and emotional condition Support families and carers with empathy and professionalism- Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures are followed- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE UK- Temporary
