You will: Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support to patients Assist with daily living acitivities including washing, dressing, and mobility Monitor and report changes in patients physical and emotional condition Support families and carers with empathy and professionalism Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures are followed MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE UK Temporary
